Australia’s Aged Care system has become a minefield with a maze of costs, rules, and over 200 thousand Australians on waiting lists. 

Di, a home care provider, has revealed to Money News that there’s nothing stopping providers from gouging those in need of aged care.

“We charge $85 an hour for the care we deliver,  and other providers charge $160 an hour for exactly the same care,” she told James Willis.
