General Terms & Conditions 2GB - 2015

Examples of minor promotions on Radio 2GB:

1.Alan Jones Music Segment:

Everyday during the breakfast program Alan Jones asks listeners a question relating to the CD of the week. The nominated caller/s through with the right answer will win a general prize.

 

2.Chris Smith ‘Smithys Quiz’ Segment:

Everyday during the afternoon program Chris Smith will ask quiz questions. The format is a last man standing quiz, with callers answering questions until they get one wrong, then revert to the next caller. The last caller to answer question 5 correctly will win the general prize/s.

 

3.Ben Fordham Happy Hour:

Every Friday during the drive program Ben Fordham will cue ‘Happy Hour’. The nominated caller/s through will win the general prize/s.

 

4.Sportszone Quiz:

Every Friday clues to a person or thing will be given out throughout the Sportzone program. The nominated correct caller/s through will win the general prize/s.

 

5.General Prize Sheet:

Various general prizes are given away as part of quizzes, segments and/or as gifts to listeners during the week. These are at the announcer's discretion.

Prizes:

General prizes include CD's, DVD's, flowers/fruit, books, games, toys, movie passes, theatre tickets, restaurant vouchers, accommodation vouchers etc.

 

Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions will be available to view at 2GB.com during the time of its validity.

All winners are automatically entered on the 2GB Promotions Database.

Only one minor prize can be won by any one listener OR a member of the same family within a THREE week period.

Only one minor prize can be won per household within a THREE week period.

Only one minor prize can be won by a member of an immediate family within a THREE week period.

Only one major prize can be won in a competition conducted by any station of the Macquarie Radio Network by any one listener within a twelve month period.

For any end of week draw, only one entry per person will be accepted.

The maximum single value for a major prize is worth $1,000, unless otherwise specified in an additional permit.

Where specified, prizes may need to be collected from the studios/office of Radio 2GB. If a prize is required to be collected and the winner cannot collect, the winner will incur the cost of a courier, postage or forfeit the prize.

All winners contact details are retained for administrative purposes only.

Winners who ‘opt-in’ to receive information from external companies may be contacted by those companies for any purpose.

No information will be disclosed to anyone outside 2GB.

All Prize fulfilment can take up to four weeks due to the amount of prizes given away.

Once the prize has left the offices of Radio 2GB we hold no responsibility regarding breakages or loss of parcel. In case of lost mail the winner will need to liaise directly with their local post office. 2GB will make every effort to help the situation but replacements are not guaranteed.

If the prize is not available due to unforseen circumstances Radio 2GB reserves the right to exchange the prize for something of equal value.

Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winners cannot exchange prizes for cash or for any other prize.

Current Employees of the Macquarie Radio Network and their immediate families and group companies and any other company associated to the specific competition are not eligible to enter the competitions.

Unless otherwise advised, only residents of the 2GB listening area in New South Wales are eligible to enter competitions and win prizes.

Radio 2GB reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

All contestants release from, and indemnify 2GB and the Macquarie Radio Network against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including but not limited to loss of income and personal injury.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.

Radio 2GB has the right to temporarily or permanently disqualify any person from taking part in any promotions or competitions if the station, in its sole discretion, deems that person to have broken the rules of the general prize giveaways. The person will be advised of this in writing after the decision to disqualify has been made.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a show, concert or event is cancelled radio 2GB will not be held liable to replace the prize. Replacement prizes will be at the discretion of the promoter.

At no time will Radio 2GB be held responsible for faults or drop outs in telephony or other IT communication in relation to on-air contesting, whether in the contestants device or connection or Radio 2GB's device or connection. In such an instance, no compensatory prizes or allowance will be made.

Radio 2GB may at any time and  in its absolute discretion alter, amend, add to, waive or enforce the General Competition Rules and any Specific Competition Rules with present, future or antecedent effect as it sees fit.

Each entrant consents to the content of their entry and any telephone entries or other call with the Promoter being recorded, broadcast and published online by the Promoter without payment.

All winners may be required by Radio 2GB in its absolute discretion to:

-        Participate in promotional activities for the benefit of Radio 2GB.

-        That he or she will not, without prior written consent of Radio 2GB (which maybe with held in its absolute discretion) participate in any other media activities, promotions for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view on the account of the competition.

-        In promotional activities the winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate view of Radio 2GB or parent company the Macquarie Radio Network and its operations and related bodies.

-        The winner acknowledges and agrees that Radio 2GB has the right to all materials generated in connection with the promotion and can use the material in any medium and in any manner it sees fit.

-        Radio 2GB will also hold the copyright to any photographs, video footage or written comment taken for publicity purposes and can use these items in any promotional material for the time period of five years.

-        Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge of Radio 2GB and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.

 

Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.

 

Acceptance of entering the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.

 

All correspondence regarding prizes must be in writing to the Promotions Department at Radio 2GB.

 

All correspondence will be answered within a three week period.

 

Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, Radio 2GB reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

 

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

If the prize requires travel it will be each prize winner’s and (if applicable) their accompanying guest/s responsibility to take out all relevant insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance) which may be required or prudent to be taken (at their own cost) unless otherwise specified.

1.     Participants will be required to their personal details including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and correct answer. Incomprehensible entries will not be included in the draw.

2.     Entries must be received by the disclosed time (AEST/AEDT) on disclosed date.  The time of entry will in each case be the time the registered on the website.

3.     The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the web user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

4.     If for any reason if the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.

1.     For phone entry: If available as a form of competition entry, 2GB number is 1300 722 873. Participants will be required to their personal details including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and correct answer. Inaudible and incomprehensible recordings will not be included in the draw.

In order to be entered into the draw to win the Prize, you (Entrant) must acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions, as well as the radio station’s general conditions of entry as amended from time to time.

Entrants must be:

  • at least 18 years of age;
  • residents of NSW

Entrants must not be employees, or immediate family members, of:

  • Seven Network Operations Limited, its agents and its related bodies corporate.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant, if an Entrant registers more than once.

  1. Entry Procedure

To be entered into the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, satisfy the three criteria below:

  1. Go to http://www.2gb.com/competitions competitions page, click on the Million Dollar Dinner link and register for the Promotion by filling in their details.

Each listener may only register on the website once.

Each week day from Monday 1 February 2016 to Friday 12 February 2016, a competition segment will be aired during the:

  • Alan Jones Breakfast Show;
  • Ray Hadley Morning Show; and
  • Ben Fordham Sydney Drive Show

(or any replacement program broadcast in the 2GB timeslot) which will announce an Entrant’s name each day. There will be three names announced in total throughout each day across the segments.

 

The names of Entrants will be selected by a random number generator.

 

  1. Call into 2GB on 1300 722 873 within 15 minutes of the Entrant’s name and suburb being announced.

When an Entrant’s name and suburb (as submitted by the Entrant at the time of registering) is announced, the Entrant will have 15 minutes to call through to the 2GB competition line on 1300 722 873. The Entrant must call in within the 15 minute period to secure a seat at the Prize Draw Event.  Only Entrants who have completed criteria 1 and 2 will be eligible to attend the Prize Draw Event.

  1. Attend and Register at the Prize Draw Event on Wednesday 17 February 2016

Entrants must attend and register in person at 4Fourteen, 414 Bourke Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday 17 February 2016.

A proxy cannot attend on behalf of the Entrant. The Entrant will be asked to present photo ID to a 2GB representative to confirm their identity and register their attendance at the Prize Draw Event.

Entrants who have the three criteria above, and subject to the Entry Restrictions in Item 4, will be qualified to participate in the Prize Draw Event as a Qualified Entrant. Qualified Entrants will be entitled to bring one guest of their choice to the Prize Draw Event, where all Qualified Entrants and guests will have dinner will Alan Jones or another representative of 2GB.

Dinner at 4Fourteen, 414 Bourke Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 17 February 2016.

Once the registration process at the Prize Draw Event has concluded, Qualified Entrants will each select one raffle ticket from a box. Each ticket is numbered. Qualified Entrants will select their ticket in the same order that their names were announced on air during the Promotional Period. A representative of 2GB will make a record of the number on the ticket that each person selects.

A set of identically numbered tickets will also be contained in a barrel. A representative of 2GB will pick one raffle ticket out of the barrel and announce the number on it (Announced Number).

The Qualified Entrant who selected the ticket with the matching number to the Announced Number goes through to the final stage for the chance to with the Prize. This person is the Finalist.

The Finalist will have the opportunity to choose 1 out of 100 envelopes. Only one envelope contains the Major Prize. If the Finalist does not win the Major Prize, the Finalist wins the Consolation Prize.

The Major Prize Draw will take place at the Prize Draw Event.

Payment of any cash prizes will be made within 6 weeks of the Major Prize Draw to the Winner by bank transfer to their nominated bank account or by bank cheque in the Winner’s name, at the election of the Promoter, and is not transferrable.

The Dining Voucher is valid for 12 months or as otherwise specified on the voucher, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by 4Fourteen. Subject to the expiry date, the Dining Voucher may be used on multiple occasions until the value of the Dining Voucher is exhausted. The Dining Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The Promoter is not liable for any Dining Voucher or bank cheque that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.

The Winner’s details may be provided to a third party for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

  1. By entering the Promotion, the Entrant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and available on the Promoter’s website.
  2. Throughout the Promotional Period the Promoter may contact Entrants to interact with the station on air / online / in social media in relation to the Promotion.
  3. Entrants may be required by the Promoter and Prize Provider, to participate in photo, recording, video and film session(s) and acknowledge that they assign, by way of present assignment of future copyright, the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
  4. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter and Prize Provider have the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion.  By agreeing to enter, all entrants consent to their entry broadcast on air and to their telephone and other conversations with the Promoter and Prize Provider, being broadcast on air and communicated to the public via any medium and in any territory.  Entrants will not be compensated for this use.
  5. The Promoter and its representatives may conduct security and verification checks in their absolute discretion, and may delete any entry if the Promoter is not satisfied with those checks.
  6. Eligible Entrants must register their attendance at the Prize Draw Event in person by 6:30pm on the day. If an Entrant attempts to register more than ten minutes after this cut-off time, the Entrant will no longer be eligible to participate in the Major Prize Draw.  
  7. Should an Entrant be deemed by the Promoter to be ineligible, the Entrant may not participate further in the Promotion.
  8. The Major Prize Draw will be conducted before an independent scrutinizer
  9. All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and redemption of the Prize are exercised accordingly at its absolute discretion and are final.  No discussions or correspondence with Entrants or any other person will be entered into.
  10. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to approval from any relevant authority.
  11. If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, at its discretion, may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value.  Prizes are subject to any Prize Restrictions in Item 11. All Prize values stated are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of preparation of these terms and conditions.
  12. All Prizes and parts of the Prize(s) are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these terms and conditions and are not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified.  The Promoter and Prize Provider will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.  The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes, or for any compensation in relation to those prizes.
  13. A winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These rights include a statutory guarantee that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill and that any goods will be of acceptable quality. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than the Australian Consumer Law, regarding the quality and suitability of the prize awarded under these Conditions of Entry and will not be responsible for breach of any such implied terms.
  14. The Promoter and its agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion, including  the Prize Provider, will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
  15. The entrant acknowledges that there may be inherent risks involved in entering this Promotion or taking or participating in the Prize(s).  If Entry or a Prize involves travel, stunts or challenges the Promoter may require the participants to:
  • Submit to a medical examination by a medical practitioner approved by the Promoter and obtain relevant medical clearance to participate in the Promotion or redeem a Prize; and
  • Execute a Deed of Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in order to participate further in the Promotion or redeem a Prize.

WEST END MAZDA – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion. These terms and conditions relate to the 2GB “WEST END MAZDA” promotion. Information on how to enter and the Prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter. The Promoter is Harbour Radio Pty Ltd of Level 1, Building C, 33-35 Saunders Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009. LTPS/16/00630

3. Subject to Terms and Conditions. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid. By entering into or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you say that you agree to these terms and conditions. Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, the Promoter may at any time and in its absolute discretion alter, amend, add to, waive or enforce these terms and conditions with present, future or antecedent effect as it sees fit.

4. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be over 18 and hold a current and valid NSW Driver’s License.

5. Promotional Period. The Promotion commences on Monday February 1st, 2016 at 09:00 AEDT and concludes on Friday 12th, 2016, at 3:00pm AEDT. Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, and not withstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

6. Entry. From 09:00 AEDT on Monday February 1st, 2016 until Friday February 12th, 2016, listeners can fill in the electronic entry form via iPad provided at West End Mazda, Blacktown. Entries close at 3:00pm sharp on Friday February 12th, 2016.

All entries received via iPad will be printed onto paper and put into a barrel. Two names will be chosen at random from the barrel for a his and hers car prize, live on air in Ben Fordham’s program between 4pm – 6pm on Friday February 12th 2016, as he broadcasts live from West End Mazda, Blacktown. Entrants must be present at West End Mazda, Blacktown at the time of both draws to claim the prizes. Entrants cannot nominate a proxy. There will be a 4 minute waiting period before a redraw of another name from the barrel, of an entrant who is present at West End Mazda, Blacktown at the time of the draw.

7. Restrictions on Entry. Only one entry is permitted per person, and only one Prize can be won per household. Use of a false name (ie. the name by which the entrant is not usually known) or address is not permitted. Entrants using false information will be disqualified. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

8. Promoter may Disqualify Entrants. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, including but not limited to whether an entry is in accordance with these terms and conditions, and may disqualify any entrant in its absolute discretion.

9. Receipt of Entries. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any inability or difficulty in entering the Promotion caused by the unavailability of, or other fault on, the iPad available at West End Mazda, Blacktown.

10. Prize. The total promotional value is $37,980.00. The prize consists of her Mazda2 Neo Auto Hatch valued at $18,990.00 and the colour is Soul Red; and his Mazda2 Neo Auto Sedan valued at $18,990.00 and the colour is Snowflake White. The cash back value is $14,000 for Mazda2 Neo Auto Hatch and the Mazda Stock Number is 56229. The cash back value is $14,000 for the Mazda2 Neo Auto Sedan and the Mazda Stock Number is 57688. Prize includes on-road costs, stamp duty, registration and green slip.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for or any other prize. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any Prizes. If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for nay loss incurred by the winners or any other party if a prize is unavailable for any reason.

11. Draw. Two winners will be randomly selected for the major prizes from a barrel between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Friday February 12th, 2016 at West End Mazda, Blacktown. All decisions made by the Promoter are final.

12. Announcement of Winners. The major prize winners will be announced on Sydney Live on Ben Fordham’s program on 2GB 873 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Friday February 12th, 2016, at West End Mazda, Blacktown. The winner’s name may also appear on the website and in any promotional materials prepared by the Promoter or by West End Mazda. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of employment at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter or its agent. Should the Promoter not be able to contact the winners within 5 business days, it may, in its absolute discretion, decide to award the Prize to the next best entrant.

13. Restriction on Liability. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize (including during the course of accepting or using the Prize), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. All entrants release the Promoter and its related bodies corporate from, and indemnify the Promoter and its related bodies corporate against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the Prize or participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to loss of income and personal injury.

14. Warranties. The winner should look to the manufacturer of the Prize for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.

15. Publicity. Entrants agree to the use of their image and name for publicity regarding the Promotion and acknowledge that it is a condition of taking the Prize that all winners agree to publicity regarding the Promotion, including the use of their names and images without additional compensation. The Promoter may require, in its absolute discretion, any Prize winner not to, without the prior written consent of the Promoter (which may be withheld in its absolute discretion), participate in any other media activities or promotions, the purpose of which, or which involve, discussing, commenting on, or expressing a view in relation to the Promotion.

16. Rights to Entries. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Win a $5000 Training Voucher with AIM: specific terms and conditions

1. Promotion. These terms and conditions relate to the “AIM $5000 Training Voucher" promotion ("Promotion"). Information on how to enter and the Prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter. The Promoter is Harbour Radio Pty Ltd of Level 1, Building C, 33-35 Saunders Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009 (the "Promoter").

3. Subject to Terms and Conditions. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid. By entering into or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you say that you agree to these terms and conditions. Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, the Promoter may at any time and in its absolute discretion alter, amend, add to, waive or enforce these terms and conditions with present, future or antecedent effect as it sees fit.

4. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be over 18.

5. Promotional Period. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 4th August 2015 AEST at 05:00am and concludes on Sunday 13th December  at 11:00pm AEDT ("Promotional Period"). 6. Entry. Entrants can enter at 2gb.com/competitions and answer the question ‘What are your future career plans, and how will the $5000 training voucher help you get there’?.

Draw 1 commences on 04/08/15 at 05:00am AEST and concludes on 25/08/15 at 09:00am AEST.  Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

Draw 2 commences on 25/08/15 at 9:01am AEST and concludes on 22/09/15 at 09:00am AEST.  Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

Draw 3 commences on 22/09/15 at 09:01am AEST and concludes on 27/10/15 at 09:00am AEST.  Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

Draw 4 commences on 27/10/15 at 11:01 AEST and concludes on 24/11/15 at 11:00pm AEDT.  Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

Winners will be announced in Ross Greenwood Sunday Business show between 10:00am-11:00am AEST on dates Sunday 30th August, Sunday 27th September, Sunday 25th October, Sunday 29th November 2015.

7. Restrictions on Entry. Only one entry is permitted per person, and only one Prize can be won per household. Use of a false name (ie. the name by which the entrant is not usually known) or address is not permitted. Entrants using false information will be disqualified. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Members of the same household or family may enter, but no household or family or club can win a prize more than once in a 3 week period in a promotion held by the Promoter.

8. Promoter may Disqualify Entrants. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, including but not limited to whether an entry is in accordance with these terms and conditions, and may disqualify any entrant in its absolute discretion.

9. Receipt of Entries. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any inability or difficulty in entering the Promotion caused by the unavailability of, or other fault on, the Website.

10. Prizes. The Individual prize is an AIM training voucher to the value of $5,000 (including GST) x 4.  Total prize pool value is up to $20,000 (including GST) as at 13/12/15. The Australian Institute of Management $5,000 Training Voucher can be used for Face to Face, online courses or towards an AIM VET qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma). Assessments are not included in the training voucher. The training voucher can be used by the winner as well as employees of the winner. This training voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  The training voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of being notified of the win. Any balance that has not been utilised by 12 months will expire. Travel costs are not included in the prize. Winners will have to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

 

 

The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any Prizes. If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the winners or any other party if a Prize is unavailable for any reason.

Prize Draw: Entries will be judged at 33-35 Saunders Street by the Promotions Department and Ross Greenwood. All judgements are final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.

11. Announcement of Winners. All winners will announced on air and posted online. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of employment at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter or its agent. Should the Promoter not be able to contact the winner within 5 business days, it may, in its absolute discretion, decide to award the Prize to the next best entrant.

12. Prize Fulfilment. All winners will be contacted by email or telephone and supplied with details for redeeming the voucher.
