I am amazed that the 1938 climate change theory (by steam engineer GS Callendar suggesting increasing atmospheric levels of the carbon-13 isotopic form of carbon dioxide might cause a slight global warming effect) could lead to a new form of world government.

here read the treaty for yourself, http://wattsupwiththat.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/un-fccc-copenhagen-2009.pdf make up your own mind whats in the treaty, empower yourself with information, dont be lazy and take on someone elses point of view whether they be a prime minister, lord or host.
